How FamilyCall Works

Step 1 — Add your loved one

Add the person you want to stay connected with — for example, Mom Elisa in Nigeria.

FamilyCall gives you a local FamilyCall number she can use to let you know she wants to talk.

Step 2 — Your family member calls

Elisa does not need WhatsApp, an app, or an internet connection. She simply calls her FamilyCall number from her regular phone.

FamilyCall gives her a short instruction to request you — usually pressing a button on the phone keypad.

Step 3 — You are notified

You receive a notification: “Elisa wants to talk to you.”

You then contact Elisa using the method that works best — WhatsApp, a regular call, Messenger, FaceTime, or another preferred option.

The important message: Elisa does not need internet to let you know she wants to talk.
